SUMMER MEETING  JULY 14, 2012

The Pyramid Barn purchase agreement has been signed (June 14, 2011)!  Site preparation completed.  Building to start going up 1/23/12.

TRIAL CHAIRPERSONS: Each member club is responsible for reporting their trial results and activity fees within 30 days of the trial to the appropriate chairperson and the secretary/treasurer of FTCI

bulletThe Field Trial Clubs of Illinois hold two meetings per year.  The winter meeting is held in January and the summer meeting is held in July. 
bulletAt the July meeting the annual Dog of the Year Award program is presented.  A banquet with awards being presented to the lucky winners is enjoyed on Saturday evening.  The business meeting precedes the banquet.
bulletBoard meetings are held after the general membership meetings.
